Sr. Project Manager

As the primary operational contact for your clients, you'll lead projects from kickoff through installation and dismantle, managing timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences for some of the world's leading brands.

The Details:

Manage exhibit programs from kickoff through installation and dismantle.
Own project timelines, budgets, and show services deadlines across all active programs.
Coordinate internal teams including design, fabrication, graphics, and warehouse.
Manage external vendors, general contractor deadlines, and show site logistics.
Serve as the primary operational contact for clients throughout the program lifecycle.
Identify scope changes, flag timeline and budget risks, and drive resolution.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive business development or sales leadership experience within the experiential marketing, brand agency, or exhibit design and build industries.
Proven track record of building, managing, and scaling multi-million-dollar pipelines while closing enterprise-level accounts.
Demonstrated experience recruiting, developing, mentoring, and leading high-performing business development professionals.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to align revenue targets with operational capabilities.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Advanced experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Willingness to travel throughout North America.
