Sr. Project Manager

As the primary operational contact for your clients, you'll lead projects from kickoff through installation and dismantle, managing timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences for some of the world's leading brands.

The Details:

    • Manage exhibit programs from kickoff through installation and dismantle.

    • Own project timelines, budgets, and show services deadlines across all active programs.

    • Coordinate internal teams including design, fabrication, graphics, and warehouse.

    • Manage external vendors, general contractor deadlines, and show site logistics.

    • Serve as the primary operational contact for clients throughout the program lifecycle.

    • Identify scope changes, flag timeline and budget risks, and drive resolution.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.

    • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive business development or sales leadership experience within the experiential marketing, brand agency, or exhibit design and build industries.

    • Proven track record of building, managing, and scaling multi-million-dollar pipelines while closing enterprise-level accounts.

    • Demonstrated experience recruiting, developing, mentoring, and leading high-performing business development professionals.

    • Strong financial acumen with the ability to align revenue targets with operational capabilities.

    • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

    • Advanced experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

    • Willingness to travel throughout North America.
