Sr. Logistics Coordinator
At Taylor, every successful exhibit begins long before it reaches the show floor. As a Senior Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in planning transportation, coordinating freight, managing inventory, and supporting our warehouse operations to ensure every exhibit arrives on time and ready to perform.
Working closely with Project Managers, Warehouse Associates, freight partners, and vendors, you'll help keep projects moving from our warehouse to convention centers across North America.

Partner with Warehouse Associates to coordinate exhibit preparation, shipment, and return logistics.
Schedule inbound and outbound freight while managing carrier relationships and delivery windows.
Track high-value shipments and proactively resolve transportation challenges.
Generate and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs), customs documentation, and show-site shipping paperwork.
Coordinate incoming freight inspections, inventory logging, and warehouse storage.
Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tracking within inventory management systems.
Support Project Managers and warehouse teams to ensure every shipment is delivered accurately and on schedule.

2–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
Experience within the trade show, events, or experiential marketing industry is preferred.
Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP or inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong understanding of freight routing, shipping documentation, and carrier coordination.
Valid driver's license.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support active shipments during evenings or weekends when required.
