Junior Producer

Globacore is Taylor’s award-winning creative technology studio designing and building interactive experiences for brands around the world. From XR and game development to large-format touch surfaces, virtual events, and digital installations, we combine creative, technology, production, and fabrication under one roof.

As a Junior Producer, you’ll support the production team across the full project lifecycle — from kickoff through delivery — while helping keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. This is a fast-moving, hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in collaborative environments, communicates clearly, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities at once.

You bring 1–2 years of experience in a production, agency, or comparable fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an interest in experiential, digital, or live event production.

Remote / Mississauga

    • Support Producers across the full project lifecycle from kickoff through delivery

    • Help manage schedules, task lists, documentation, and project timelines

    • Coordinate asset collection, organization, and file management across active projects

    • Attend client meetings, capture notes, and manage follow-up action items

    • Assist with purchase orders, contracts, invoicing, and project administration

    • Keep project management tools and production documentation accurate and up to date

    • Collaborate with creative, development, and production teams to help keep work moving

    • Occasionally support on-site installations and live event execution

    • 1–2 years of experience in a creative agency, production company, or similar environment

    • Exceptional organization and attention to detail

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously

    • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn

    • Interest or exposure to digital, experiential, web, mobile, video, or live event production

    • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Adobe, and project management platforms
