Graphic Vinyl Installer

We're looking for a Graphic Vinyl Installer to join our team in Orangeville, ON. We're looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, works well with a team, and can confidently take graphics from preparation through final installation.
In this role, you'll prepare and install vinyl graphics across a wide range of applications, including walls, glass, vehicles, panels, and exhibits. You'll work closely with our Graphics, Production, and Project Management teams in the shop, with opportunities to take your skills onsite for installations locally and abroad.

The Details:

Prepare, cut, weed, mask, and organize vinyl graphics for installation.
Install graphics on walls, glass, vehicles, panels, exhibits, and other surfaces.
Measure installation areas and verify dimensions before beginning work.
Ensure graphics are properly aligned, positioned, and free of bubbles, wrinkles, and imperfections.
Read and interpret drawings, dimensions, installation instructions, and project specifications.
Inspect completed installations to ensure they meet Taylor's quality standards.
Identify potential installation issues and communicate them before proceeding.
Collaborate with Graphics, Production, Project Management, and other teams to keep projects moving.
Support onsite installations locally and abroad when required.
Maintain installation tools and equipment and keep the department clean, organized, and safe.
Assist with general production and graphics-related work when needed.
Safely lift and handle materials and boxes up to 60 lbs.

Previous experience with vinyl graphic installation is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and specifications.
Confidence working independently and managing your time effectively.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to identify and solve installation challenges in the shop or onsite.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for onsite installations.
Pride in getting every detail right and delivering a clean, professional finished product.
