CAD Production Detailer

We’re seeking a technical designer who can create clear, accurate construction and fabrication drawings that communicate materials, dimensions, quantities, and build methodology. You’ll support projects from concept through fabrication and installation.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce detailed construction drawings, including:

    • Floor plans, finish schedules, and hardware specs

    • Electrical and communication plans

    • Interior elevations and fabrication details

    • Shop drawings for millwork, metal, plastic, glass, and specialty items

  • Translate concepts into build-ready documentation

  • Prepare components for CNC and waterjet programming

  • Collaborate with Account and Project Managers to meet production timelines

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in construction detailing or fabrication design

  • Architectural Technician Diploma or equivalent experience

  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor (2D & 3D)

  • Strong understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently while contributing within a team

  • Experience with large-scale environments (trade shows, events, exhibits)
