Cabinet Maker
We’re seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker who takes pride in craftsmanship and is looking to build a long-term career. In this role, you’ll construct custom cabinets, furniture, and fixtures from scratch, working across a range of materials including wood, metal, and plastics. You’ll collaborate closely with the shop team to ensure every piece meets design intent, quality standards, and client expectations.

Build custom cabinets, furniture, and fixtures to specification
Fabricate pieces from raw materials, including wood, metal, and plastic
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation
Measure, cut, assemble, and finish components with precision and care
Operate shop tools and machinery safely and effectively
Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines and quality standards
Communicate clearly to ensure design intent and client requirements are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Contribute to continuous improvement in shop processes and craftsmanship

Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker, Millworker, or related trade
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Hands-on experience working with wood and other fabrication materials
High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
Commitment to quality, safety, and consistency
Interest in long-term growth within a fabrication and production environment
