Cabinet Maker

We’re seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker who takes pride in craftsmanship and is looking to build a long-term career. In this role, you’ll construct custom cabinets, furniture, and fixtures from scratch, working across a range of materials including wood, metal, and plastics. You’ll collaborate closely with the shop team to ensure every piece meets design intent, quality standards, and client expectations.

The Details:

    • Build custom cabinets, furniture, and fixtures to specification

    • Fabricate pieces from raw materials, including wood, metal, and plastic

    • Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation

    • Measure, cut, assemble, and finish components with precision and care

    • Operate shop tools and machinery safely and effectively

    • Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines and quality standards

    • Communicate clearly to ensure design intent and client requirements are met

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    • Contribute to continuous improvement in shop processes and craftsmanship

    • Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker, Millworker, or related trade

    • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

    • Hands-on experience working with wood and other fabrication materials

    • High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

    • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment

    • Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset

    • Commitment to quality, safety, and consistency

    • Interest in long-term growth within a fabrication and production environment
