Account Manager

The Details:

Manage and grow relationships with key client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
Lead client communications, meetings, project discussions, and expectations from initiation through execution.
Partner with internal creative, production, and project teams to deliver against client objectives.
Manage enterprise-level accounts with multiple stakeholders and complex project requirements.
Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and additional services.
Develop proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and strategic recommendations.
Monitor account performance, profitability, and revenue targets.
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.

3–6+ years of experience in account management, client services, sales, or experiential marketing.
Strong relationship-building skills and experience managing client accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Commercial awareness with an understanding of account growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders.
A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Experience in exhibits, events, fabrication, creative services, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to travel occasionally throughout the GTA and periodically to the United States, with flexibility for some evening, weekend, holiday, and onsite work.
