Account Manager

We’re seeking a proactive Account Manager who is passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering meaningful results. In this role, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for clients, guiding communication, supporting project execution, and ensuring solutions align with each client’s needs. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams while helping identify insights that improve the client experience and drive long-term partnerships.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

    • Communicate with clients to understand objectives and clearly articulate product and service value

    • Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client needs

    • Collect, organize, and analyze client data, including feedback, leads, and account insights

    • Maintain accurate account documentation, notes, and records

    • Stay current on company products, services, and capabilities

    • Resolve client concerns and proactively improve processes to prevent future issues

    • Identify industry trends and share insights with internal stakeholders

    • Advocate for clients with a focus on improving the overall buyer experience

    • Support and oversee the execution of small client projects using Project Management best practices

    • Ensure project coordination aligns with the Taylor Methodology

    • Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or a related field

    • 3–5 years of relevant industry or account management experience preferred

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Project Management experience with the ability to coordinate timelines and deliverables

    • Ability to collect, track, and analyze client and performance data

    • Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent active listening and relationship-building abilities

    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally

    • Understanding of consumer behavior and evolving industry trends

    • Strong, accurate knowledge of products and services, with a commitment to staying current
