Taylor wins GOLD award for Honda


Taylor has won another award, this time for Best Outdoor Consumer environment, from the 2007 Event Design Awards. The award was for the Honda World Event space at the Montreal Grand Prix, June 8-10, 2007.

モHonda Worldヤ was held in conjunction with the Montreal Grand Prix. Located within the Formula 1 track, the event supported Hondaメs commitment to its F1 team and to racing technology in general. This year Honda built awareness of environmental issues by showcasing its モMy Earth Dreamヤ campaign. The global theme helped shape the actual space. A circular environment built inside a tent facilitated the desired traffic flow. It also provided a center stage for ASIMO, the humanoid robot, who, along with the MC, delivered Hondaメs message for the event. Outside the tent, banner graphics and a large LED screen heightened interest as well. Hondaメs target was 30,000 visitors, a number reached by the end of the 2nd day of the 3-day event. By the end of day 3, all expectations were greatly surpassed.
